On a tight schedule and after calling many places who refused since there was just a snow storm and every other company wanted to get on the roof, I got a call from Zach. Zach showed up in an hour, took a look in the attic, figured out the issue immediately. Took photos and provided his own professional inspection which pointed out the issue. The buyer okayed the inspection, Zach came back and fixed the issue in a very timely manner. Communication, punctuality and fair pricing were all top notch. Highly recommend!
